Mr. Juha Jouhki, M.Sc.
Director

Mr. Jouhki is CEO of Thominvest Ltd, a family-owned investment company. He serves on the boards of directors of several life science companies and is the Chairman of the Board of Biotie Therapies Corp., the only biotech company listed on Helsinki Stock Exchange. Juha was also co-founder and CEO of Contral Clinics Ltd (1996-1999), as well as co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Contral Pharma Ltd (1998-2002). The company developed nalmefene for the treatment of dependence disorders and merged with Biotie Therapies Corp. in 2002.

Juha holds an M.Sc. (Tech.) from the Helsinki University of Technology. He is also a Certified Effas Financial Analyst.

Mr. Heikki Miettinen, M.Sc.

Mr. Heikki Miettinen is Partner and Investment Director at Innofinance Oy, a Finnish venture capital company. Heikki’s career spans over two decades in the construction industry where he latest served as a senior VP at NCC Corporation. Heikki is a Member of the Board of Directors in several small and medium-sized high-tech companies.

Heikki has an M.Sc. in civil engineering from the Helsinki University of Technology, and has completed additional marketing and management studies.
